| BETHANY AIRPORT REUSE STUDY | ||
|
The YUDW is working with the Town of Bethany, Connecticut to study the 126 acre site of a former air field, including the re-use of a large Quonset hut formerly used a an airplane hanger. The site is currently used for a wide variety of community events and both active and passive recreational activities. The YUDW will develop a comprehensive plan for the future use and development of the site and the hanger, recognizing both the history of the site and its opportunities as a major public open space in the town. |
