CLINTON HISTORIC DISTRICT

The YUDW is working with the town of Clinton on a set of comprehensive design guidelines for the improvement and enhancement of this shoreline community’s downtown historic district. When completed, these guidelines will be integrated into a report and proposal outlining strategies for key streetscape and façade improvements, and will help to identify potential sites for future development in the area.
