The YUDW developed preliminary plans for the redevelopment of a notorious multi-unit housing project on a major street in the Dwight Edgewood neighborhood of New Haven. Work focused on site plan improvements to both the front yard and courtyard of the property, as well as numerous studies for alternate façade treatments.
