WALLINGFORD MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT STUDY

In collaboration with Jonathan Rose Comapanies, of New York, the YUDW performed an in-depth planning and development feasibility study for a complex mid-block site in the heart of downtown Wallingford. In consultation with the town of Wallingford, the YUDW assembled a scheme proposing the development of 20 new townhome style units, roughly 10,000 square feet of new retail space, and a village center style “market square.”
