I understand and agree to the following conditions when scheduling digital media equipment
   

General Conditions:

 

 1. If I reserve more time than allowed, my access will be removed from the equipment reservation system.

2. I will adhere to the maximum allowed reservation time slots as listed below.

3. If I am late for my reserved slot, my reserved slot will become available to others.

4. I will only reserve equipment for a maximum of 2 consecutive days at a time.

5. I will only reserve equipment when I need to use it. I will not pre-reserve equipment with the expectation of using it in the future.

6. By selecting a reservation calendar below, you are agreeing to adhere to these policies.

Please Note:
Abuse of the reservation system, will result in loss of time reserved and permanent loss of access to the reservation system.

The success of this reservation system depends on responsible and courteous use by all. Abuse by just one person can result in the loss of the effectiveness of the overall system. Please be respectful of others when reserving equipment. If you see abuse of this system taking place, please notify a DM staff member right away and the issue will be rectified.
  Laser Cutters Maximum Reservation of one hour per day per laser cutter, Max of 2 consecutive days at a time.

Note: The Laser Cutter "6-M300-A" is not available for reservation. This is an "Open" machine intendended for walk up an use access. However, you still need to limit your time on this machine to 1hr per day.
  Digital Photography Stations Maximum Reservation of four hours per day per station.
  3D laser Scanning Stations Maximum Reservation of four hours per day per station.
  MDX 540-A Small Mill Maximum Reservation of twelve hours per day on this equipment, Max of 2 consecutive days at a time.
  MDX 540-B Small Mill Maximum Reservation of twelve hours per day on this equipment, Max of 2 consecutive days at a time.
  Medium CNC Mill Maximum Reservation of eight hours per day on this equipment, Max of 2 consecutive days at a time.
  Large CNC Mill Maximum Reservation of eight hours per day on this equipment, Max of 2 consecutive days at a time.
  CNC Plasma Cutter Maximum Reservation of four hours per day on this equipment, Max of 2 consecutive days at a time.
  7 Axis Robot Maximum Reservation of eight hours per day on this equipment, Max of 2 consecutive days at a time.
  WaterJet Maximum Reservation of four hours per day on this equipment, Max of 2 consecutive days at a time.
  Foam Cutter Maximum Reservation of four hours per day on this equipment, Max of 2 consecutive days at a time.
  52" LCD Screens Maximum Reservation of eight hours per day on this equipment.
