How to Mount Network Volumes on your PC Laptop:
Step One:

Double Click on the Desktop Icon "My Computer"

In the "My Computer" Window, type in the following pathway:

\\archserver1\

This will make a connection to the main file server.
Step Two:

You will now see the various volumes on the file server.

Highlight the volume you want to mount:

Class Folders

Studio Folders

Open Space
Step Three:
Highlight and Right Click on the folder to mount. A menu will appear. Select:
"Map Network Drive"
Step Four:

The following menu will appear:

Make sure you check on the "Reconnect at Logon"

This will automatically re-map the volume every time you log in to a workstation.
Step Five:
If you double click on the "My Computer" Icon, and you will see your mounted drives.
