| Add a Printer to a PC Laptop Connected to the School of Architecture Network: | |
| Step One: Open the Printers control panel. Select Start - Settings - Printers and Faxes.

| Step Two: Select Add a printer from the left Printer Tasks window.

| Step Three: Select Next at the Add Printer Wizard window.

| Step Four: Select A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer. |

Step Five: Select Connect to this printer. In the Name field,
enter: You must enter the printer name EXACTLY how it is below: 4-Photocopier-Laser 6-Photocopier-Laser 7-Photocopier-Laser |

Step Six: Enter yale\netid
for your username, and enter your password in the password field. |

Step Seven: You can choose to select that printer as the default printer. |

Step Eight: The printer will be connected to your laptop. It is accessible anytime you are on the network. |
