General Printing and Plotting Policies:
1.
 Only school provided paper can be used in the black and white laser printers/copiers, the color laser printers, the OCE' Plotter and all HP Z6100 color plotting devices. I understand that I may not remove paper from these devices and if I do, I will be fined on a per incident basis.
2.
 Only school provided paper and pre-approved specialty papers are allowed in the color inkjet printers and the Production plotters (HP1055CM color plotters) ONLY. 3.
 Only approved materials can be cut or etched in the laser cutters. For a comprehensive list of approved materials, refer to the DM Online website: http://www.architecture.yale.edu/dmonline/Fabrication/laser-cutter.html
4.
 Students will be responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacement of equipment if they attempt to use any unapproved paper or materials in any of the printing, plotting, or laser cutter devices and that I will be fined on a per incident basis.
 
5.
 Students will be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement of equipment if they attempt to remove or replace any internal or external components including but not limited to inks, toner, print heads, fusers, paper rolls, and in addition, they will be fined on a per incident basis.
 
6.
 Students will be responsible for all printing, plotting, and laser cutter charges under their printing account. In addition they are responsible for any unauthorized printing from my printing account such as all printing done from a machine left logged in or from all printing done by someone who they have given your login account information to.
 
7.
 Students will not be granted a reimbursement for any plots that exceed the recommended plotting lengths for the plotters:

Draft Plotter (OCE Plotter): 96" (8 Ft)
Production Plotters (HP 1055CM): 96" (8 Ft)
Photo Plotters (Cannon Plotters): 96" (8 Ft)
Presentation Plotters (HP Z6100PS 42" and HP Z6100PS 60" plotters): 120" (10 Ft)
 
8.
 Students have only 30 calendar days to request any printing reimbursement. After 30 calendar days all printing charges are final and will be billed to their Yale Bursar Account.
