Term:
Fall 2009
Instructor(s):
Eberhart, John C.

This course investigates and applies emerging computational theories and technologies through the design and fabrication of a full-scale building component and/or assembly. This investigation includes various static, parametric, and scripted modeling paradigms, computational based structural and sustainability analysis, and digital fabrication technologies. Students work in pairs to design, analyze, and fabricate a full-scale constructed piece.

Required in, and limited to, M.Arch. II, first year, fall term.
