Adi Meyerovitch

Adi Meyerovitch is a doctoral candidate in the history and theory of architecture at YSoA where she studies the history of architecture in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Her dissertation focuses on European Architecture in late Ottoman and post-Ottoman Jerusalem. It studies how architecture, restoration, and photography translated colonial and missionary agendas. Adi was trained as an architect at Tel Aviv University and the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London. She had taught seminars at Pratt Institute in New York, and California College of Arts in San Francisco. Before joining Yale, she had practiced as an architect in Tel Aviv, Copenhagen, and San Francisco.
