Pierce Reynoldson


Pierce Reynoldson (RA) is the Senior Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager for Skanska USA Building in New York. He works closely with designers, owners and builders to improve collaboration and implementation of digital tools. He has consulted on BIM Standards for Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University and Alexandria Real Estate Equities. His major projects include the LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal, World Trade Center Station (the Oculus) and Microsoft’s Seattle Campus.

Pierce frequently lectures on innovation and digital technology for academic and professional audiences, including Columbia University, Cooper Union, New York University, AGC BIM Forum, Architecture Boston and New York Build. Pierce also lectures in the University of Washington’s BIM certificate program.

Pierce received his BS in architecture from the Ohio State University, and his M.Arch from the Yale School of Architecture. At Yale, he was awarded the AIA Henry Adams Medal for the graduating student with the highest academic ranking in his program.
