Graham Harman

Visiting Professor
Graham Harman is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at SCI-Arc in Los Angeles, following sixteen years at the American University in Cairo. He is the author of more than twenty books, most recently Object-Oriented Ontology: A New Theory of Everything (Pelican, 2018), Speculative Realism: An Introduction (Polity, 2018), and Art and Objects (Polity, forthcoming), and over three hundred articles. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Open Philosophy, Editor of the Speculative Realism book series at Edinburgh University Press, and Co-Editor (with Bruno Latour) of the New Metaphysics book series at Open Humanities Press. In 2016 he was named by The Best Schools as one of the world’s most fifty influential living philosophers.
