Sam Alison-Mayne

Edward P. Bass Distinguished Visiting Architecture Fellow

Sam is a real estate and construction specialist who has worked in New York City’s built environment since 2007. He grew up in Los Angeles, studied philosophy at UC Berkeley, and earned a master’s in real estate development from Columbia University.

He has taught as an adjunct professor at Columbia and serves on the boards of the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, the Fort Greene Park Conservancy, and the Myrtle Avenue BID, and co-chairs the steering committee for the Gowanus Improvement District.
