Project Description

This scheme creates a campus of buildings that work together to efficiently expand and contract as a single system. This is done in service to both the office operations and the public park. A four-story condensed office building anchors the site, with public program expelled to three outbuildings that makes these amenities approachable, unintimidating, and truly public. During times of emergency, these pavilions take on alternate programs that transform their daily use into emergency-specific roles. Because the role of the office is to preserve humanity, making these recreational spaces at the service of the public was very important to the project.
