Server Shares
M: Drive (Arch_Courses)-This shared drive contains server spaces for all required courses, elective courses, studios and advanced studios. Space is unlimited.
S: Drive (Arch_Resources and Special Projects) - This shared drive contains resources for students such as 3D models, texture maps, etc. It also has the “Self Help” folder. This share also houses any school sanctioned projects. Space is unlimited.
T: Drive (Arch_Temporary Space) - This shared drive is for the short term transfer of files. Files older than 30 days are automatically deleted. Space is limited to 100GB
W: Drive (Arch_ScanDropBox) - This shared drive receives scans from the wide format scanner. Files are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Box at Yale is a personal file storage workspace which enables you to store, sync and share information. Box.com is a cloud-based file sharing and storage service and can be accessed through any device: desktop, laptop, phone or tablet.
Box at Yale makes it easy to upload content, organize files, share links to files and manage file and folder permissions. With Box you can collaborate with colleagues both inside and outside the University anytime, anywhere, from any device. In addition, accounts offer an ample 50 GB of storage space.
Box @ Yale Web Access
Used to create folders, download and upload files, set folder permissions, share files, see how much space you are using, and change account settings.
Box Drive: (Located on the workstation desktop)
Used to setup automatic syncing of a folder located on your workstation and/or your home computer. Files saved to this folder can automatically be synced to your Box space.
